Pictured on page 194 of James R Johnson's "ACCOUTREMENTS IV", knife measuring 15" overall, 10.5" double edge blade, made from a file, 3.5" forged iron "S" cross guard, carved split stag slab grip attached with copper rivets, original leather covered wood sheath with sewn belt loop. CONDITION very good overall, blade retains some original polish, staining & pitting, leather covering to wood body sheath has shrunk, unsewn, dry, and cracking at edges, belt loop still intact.
